The Commercial Practice operates in the Commercial and Bankruptcy Litigation Practice Group and focuses on complex civil litigation. Group lawyers practice in all Florida and federal courts as well as in the courts of numerous states. Specific practice areas within the full Commercial and Bankruptcy Litigation Group include antitrust and trade regulation, banking, bankruptcy and creditors' rights, business torts, class actions, condominium & homeowners association litigation, construction, corporate disputes, eminent domain and protection of property rights, business torts, lender liability, probate and trust litigation, real estate litigation, and restrictive covenants litigation.
Lawyers in this practice are leaders in bar organizations such as the American Bar Association, The Florida Bar and local bar associations.
