Fort Myers, FL – The law firm of Fowler White Boggs Banker is celebrating its sixty-fifth anniversary this month and an expansion of its offices in Fort Myers with an open house to be held on Tuesday, April 22, 2008 from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. The Firm’s Fort Myers offices, at 2235 First Street, were recently renovated to occupy the third floor. The Firm relocated to the Heritage Building in 2007, taking two floors, and they now occupy the entire building, approximately 15,000 s.f.
Denise Wheeler, managing shareholder of the Fort Myers' office, also announced the recent addition of three new attorneys, Mike Ciccarone, David Potter and Corris McIntosh. “These hires continue our Firm's strategic approach to growing our practices. Mike Ciccarone brings exceptional land use and real estate experience to broaden our ability to meet the expanding needs of our clients locally and throughout the state of Florida. David Potter and Corris McIntosh are two talented young attorneys who add depth to our construction and commercial litigation practices."
Mr. Ciccarone is a member of the Florida Bar, Lee County Bar Association and the Urban Land Institute, and he is the former chairman of the Florida Bar Grievance Committee for the 20th Judicial Circuit. He received his bachelor's degree from Youngstown State University and his law degree from Duke University. David Potter joined the Firm in late 2007. He received his J.D. from Boston University School of Law and is licensed in both Florida and Massachusetts. He practices in the area of construction law. Corris McIntosh recently graduated from Stetson University College of Law and passed the Florida Bar earlier this year. He will focus on commercial litigation.
